Justice Sec. Aguirre file a case against Sen. de Lima for involvement in illegal drug trade at Bilibid.

Justice Secretary Vitalino Aguirre said on Monday that they are planning to file a case against Senator Leila de Lima within the week over her alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade at the New Bilibid Prison.

De Lima," Justice Sec. Aguirre said on an interview.

He added that they will display documentary evidence before the House hearing.

The case they are organizing will also rely on testimony executed by some members of the infamous "Bilibid 19," or the high profile inmates found to had been living lavishly inside the NBP.

De Lima has repeatedly denied allegations on her supposed involvement in the illegal drug trade.
