BREAKING NEWS: 14 people were killed and 67 wounded after an explosion in Davao!


Around14 people were killed and 67 are wounded after a blast — possibly from an improvised explosion device or IED — shake the crowded night market on Roxas Boulevard in Davao City on Friday night. According to Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella, the deaths at around 11:30 pm stood at 10 dead and 60 wounded.

In an interview, the Presidential Communications Secretary, Martin Andanar said on an initial information from explosives experts, a shrapnel from a mortar was found. He added President Rodrigo Duterte presided a meeting on how to keep Davao safe.
