LOOK!: Two Large Oarfishes Were Seen Dead On Seashore In Cebu, Philippines! The reason behind this might shock you.

Photos of dead Oarfishes that we’re found on Cebu are spreading like a virus on Facebook right now. Oarfish are large, greatly elongated, pelagic lampriform fish belonging to the small family Regalecidae. Found in all temperate to tropical oceans yet rarely seen, the oarfish family contains four species in two genera (source Wikipedia). The Elders have an old belief that if this kind of fishes were found on shores, there’s a possibility that a calamity might occur and hope those belief wasn’t true. See photos below.
