Feedback: GrabCar Allegedly Chooses and Ignores Passengers


The Land Transporation Franchising and Regulatory Board are calling the operators of GrabTaxi and GrabCar due to the complaints from passengers.

The drivers allegedly pick and choose the riders and they ignore during the times when there is traffic, during the heavy flood.

A lot of the complaints are found in their Social Media page or Facebook fan page, saying the drivers are "choosy" and that the service is "inconvenient" because the app shows that a lot of units are available nearby but no one responds.

  2. Mga siraulo pala kayo eh. Ang dameng choices. Kung wla kayu ma book na grab. Mag taxi kayo. Oh mag jeep kayo. Puro negative feedback ang ine interview nyo. Itesting nyo din kya kumuha ng pahayag sa mga grab user tlga na suki inde ung sa tabe tabe lng kayu kumukuha mga user na grab na pag kylangan lng. Sa mga taxi ba wla ba kayo mreklamon anjan na sa harap nyo pparahin nyo pero d kyo hihintuan. Kung hihintuan man kayu mey additional fee. Ska traffic nga eh ano mggwa nyo try nyo bumili ng sasakyan at maipit sa traffic ewan ko lng kung maghirap kayo sa gasolina!!!! Ska kung mag gagrab kayo sa grabcar grabtaxi. Wag kayo feeling donya oh donyo. Kung kylan umuunlad ang transportation nten sa bansa magrereklamo kau sa gnyan. Ska bkit pte LTFRB pkikielaman ang grab. Bakit ung mga TAXi na anjan mga adik ang driver anjan ung nirerape anjan ung hino holdup. Anjan ung pinapatay pag sinumbong mo sa LTFRB mey nggwa b sila. Para sa proteksyon ng pasahero????!!! Gobyerno nga nmn kumita lng oh kumikil ng pera ggwin at ggwin ang lahat. Ayusin nyo muna ang problema ng bansa inde problema ng ksimple simple pinalalaki nyo. Ska wala kayung mggwa kayong mga commuters kung kinacancel ang book nyo sa grab sa layo ng destination nila pipick upin kayo tpos dme dme nyo pa reklamo pag nkasakay na. Bumile kayo ng mga sasakyan nyo para wla kayung problema!!!!!!!!!!

There is no such thiing as choossing passenger because we are now in assignment mode and we have no right to decline otherwise our acceptance rating will go down then we cannot received incentives. Dear blogger this post and complaint is from the competitor or those who filed case against grab and uber but the Judge didn't grant their request so don't believe on this bogus complaint. We n Grab is disciplined and we want more passengers and there is no such thing as we are choosing. Thanks
