Craig Rabin had an idea called Airhook. It is a mount that can grip an air traveler smartphone or tablet, which holds a beverage, without having to open the seat tray.
A recent National Broadcasting Company (NBC) investigation revealed that there are dangerous levels of bacteria on airplane tray tables; which means that the product also assures safety, health and cleanliness. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has already banned the use of several gadgets in the past but Airhook's company is confident that the product will be accepted.
The Airhook had a successful Kickstarter campaign, raising $72,000 with the target goal at $15,000. It is available on their website for $22.
